Every item shipped is inspected and every return is also inspected. Missing, ineligible, or worn items can reduce or cancel credit. Credit adjustments for unselected or questionable items are issued only after the review. To return or exchange an item, please fill out this form and return your items of return within 14 days from your delivery date with attached tags and receipt. Jewelry is final sale. No returns on Clearance, final sale.
